It hard to believe that Tupac has been gone for 17 years, so I found this previously unheard interview from 1994 very interesting. In it, he hints at his eventual demise.
Emerson College in Boston, MA, put on a pretty interesting event that dedicated their entire School of Communications to none other than the classiest broadcaster to ever hit the airwaves in San Diego, Ron Burgundy.
The ceremony included a Dedication with award, a speech and Q & A with Ron and the audience, and a sneak-peak viewing of Anchorman 2. It was definitely an un-heard of event anywhere else!
Our team ended up sending someone out to go and cover this, and he ended up getting a front row seat and some awesome, first-hand photos for us to show you. If you click on the picture below, you can live the action for yourself!
On Sunday the Republican National Committee tweeted the following to commemorate the 1955 arrest of Rosa Parks sparking the Montgomery bus boycott :
Today we remember Rosa Parks’ bold stand and her role in ending racism.
To be fair, they did see the error of their way and revised the tweet to say:
Previous tweet should have read "Today we remember Rosa Parks' bold stand and her role in fighting to end racism."
I'm glad they made that change because racism is alive and well (sorry to say) as evidenced by this incident in nearby Rochester.
This says it all!
