If you argue with somebody you regularly see, then you will constantly think about it and it will bring you down. And it already happened, then shower that person with love. That way you will be clear and they will be the one who feel the anger if they still hate you.
Keep A Routine In Place
Find a routine that works for you and stick with it. Get up at specific time, eat at a specific time etc. This will give you a sense of regularity and keep you in a good mood. Even if you become unemployed it is a good idea to keep that routine until you find another place to work.
Set Realistic Goals
It is nice to have goals, but you have to be honest with yourself. Don’t set unrealistic goals. The more unrealistic they are the greater chance you have of being depressed as a result of failure.
